DDA Housing Scheme 2023: Registration Opens for 32,000 Flats Today – Check Details

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch its ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023,’ offering 32,000 newly constructed flats, including luxury penthouses. Registration for these flats, available on a first-come-first-serve basis, commences today. The properties are situated in Dwarka, Lok nayak puram, and Narela, with prices ranging from ₹11.5 lakh to ₹5 crore.

This marks the first instance where DDA is presenting over 1,100 luxury flats, including penthouses and high-income group (HIG) flats, in Dwarka Sector 19B, with a scenic view of the Golf Course.

Applicants can apply online through the DDA website – dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in. The scheme encompasses flats across all categories – super high-income group (SHIG), HIG (high-income group), MIG (middle-income group), LIG (low-income group), and EWS (economically weaker section). These flats are available in Narela, Dwarka Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14, Vasant Kunj, and Loknayak Puram in the planned phase.

Flat prices for different categories are as follows:

      • EWS flats start from ₹11.5 lakh

      • LIG flats from ₹23 lakh

      • MIG flats from ₹1 crore

      • HIG flats from ₹1.4 crore

      • Super HIG flats from ₹2.5 crore

      • Penthouses from ₹5 crore onwards

    Additionally, 1,100 luxury flats, along with some MIG flats, will be available through e-auction mode. Furthermore, over 28,000 flats in Narela across various categories, 728 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, 316 LIG flats, and 1,008 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 14, along with 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram, will be offered through the First Come First Serve (FCFS) mode.

    As per PTI, 24,000 flats are ready for occupancy, and the construction of the remaining 8,500 is expected to be completed in the next six months.

    How to Apply:

        1. Visit the official DDA website at dda.gov.in.

        1. Create login credentials by providing your PAN and other necessary details.

        1. Log in using the credentials you have created.

        1. Register for the scheme on the website.
