Opening batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal contributed significantly with a quick 60 off 41 balls. India’s batting display set a challenging target for South Africa. The momentum continued as India bowled out South Africa for a mere 95 runs in 13.5 overs. Kuldeep Yadav starred with an exceptional performance, claiming five wickets for 17 runs, while Ravindra Jadeja took two wickets. Mukesh Kumar and Arshdeep Singh also contributed with a wicket each.
Despite David Miller’s effort with a 25-ball 35, South Africa succumbed to India’s bowling prowess. The victory in the 3rd T20I followed the abandonment of the first match due to rain and South Africa’s win in the second match.
